Competition & Franchise Disputes

A franchise or distribution dispute may involve more than breach of contract. Depending on the structure and facts, the legal analysis can also require examination of supply restrictions, exclusivity, pricing mechanisms and Israeli competition law.

Scope

Our role is to turn the Israeli component into a defined legal workstream: identify the decisive issues, establish the evidentiary record, choose the procedural route and keep the client or lead counsel informed about risk, timing and next steps.

What we handle

  • Franchise disputes
  • Distribution arrangements
  • Commercial restrictions
  • Competition-law arguments
  • Contractual remedies and counterclaims

How we approach the matter

We start with the outcome the client needs, not with a preselected pleading. That may mean immediate court action, a structured pre-litigation position, a defence strategy, a counterclaim or a narrower advisory assignment for international counsel.

Representative matter

Franchise and competition matter

Ongoing proceeding in which the contractual dispute includes a competition-law issue concerning the commercial mechanism itself.
